Durga Mandir Madhepura ("we", "our", or "the app") provides temple information, event and aarti schedules, puja booking requests, donation-reference submission, receipts, gallery content, and administrative services.

## Information we collect

Depending on the feature used, the app may collect an email address and authentication identifier; devotee or donor name; mobile number; puja booking details; donation amount, purpose, payment mode and transaction reference; and technical information supplied by Google services, such as device identifiers, diagnostics, advertising identifiers and consent choices.

The app does not collect card, bank-account, UPI PIN, password, or OTP information. Payments are completed outside the app using the user's selected payment application. A receipt or status shown before verification of the payment reference is provisional.

## How information is used

We use information to authenticate users and administrators, process and manage booking or donation requests, issue and maintain records, display temple content, prevent abuse, provide support, send service notifications, comply with legal obligations, and display and measure advertising.

## Service providers

The app uses Google Firebase services for authentication, cloud database, storage and messaging, and Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent management. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

## Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers strictly to operate the app, with temple administrators handling a requested service, or when required by law.

## Retention and security

We retain booking, donation and accounting records only as long as needed for service, audit, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. Account and request data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required. We use authenticated access and role-based database rules, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

## Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's use and any booking or donation request.

## Your choices and deletion requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing **kundanbaba@gmail.com**. We may need to verify identity and may retain records required for legal or accounting obligations. Advertising choices may also be managed through the consent prompt and device settings.
