Vida Power (“Vida Power”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-enabled education and learning platform designed to provide digital learning services to students, schools, institutes, teachers, parents/guardians, and other authorized users.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vida Power collects, uses, stores, processes, shares, and protects information when users access our website, applications, educational services, or integrations, including services connected with Facebook and other Meta platforms.
By using Vida Power, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3. Children and Minors
Some Vida Power services may be intended for school-age students.
Where applicable law requires parental, guardian, school, or other authorized consent for processing a child's personal information, Vida Power will seek or rely upon the appropriate authorization before processing such information.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information for purposes that are prohibited by applicable law.
Parents, guardians, or appropriately authorized school representatives may contact Vida Power regarding eligible requests concerning a child's information.
4. Facebook and Meta Integration
Vida Power may integrate with services provided by Meta Platforms, including Facebook.
When a user voluntarily connects or interacts with an authorized Meta service, Vida Power may receive information permitted by the user and made available through the applicable Meta API.
Depending on the permissions granted, this may include information such as:
Facebook user ID
Name
Profile information
Email address, where permission and availability allow
Profile picture

Other information explicitly authorized through the relevant Meta permissions.
Vida Power will use information received from Meta only for the functionality disclosed to the user and in accordance with applicable Meta Platform requirements and applicable law.
Connecting a Facebook or Meta account does not give Vida Power unrestricted access to that account.
Users may revoke permissions through their Facebook/Meta settings where supported.

Information submitted to an AI-powered feature may be processed as necessary to provide that functionality.
Vida Power should not intentionally use highly sensitive student information for unrelated AI model training without an appropriate lawful basis, disclosure and authorization where required.

Where paid services are offered, payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Vida Power may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, invoice information and related accounting records.
Sensitive payment credentials such as complete card information should be handled by the applicable authorized payment provider rather than stored directly by Vida Power unless appropriate compliant infrastructure is specifically implemented.

Institutional administrators should provide platform access only to authorized personnel and should protect their login credentials and assigned permissions.

Some technology or infrastructure providers used by Vida Power may process information in jurisdictions outside the user's state or country.
Where applicable, Vida Power will use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data-protection law for such processing.

Facebook / Meta Data Deletion Instructions
If you have connected your Facebook/Meta account with Vida Power and want to remove associated information:
Sign in to your Vida Power account and use the available account/data-deletion option; or
Remove Vida Power from the relevant Apps/Websites or permissions section of your Facebook/Meta account; and
If further deletion is required, email info@vidapower.in with a request to delete the eligible Vida Power account information associated with your Meta-connected account.
Vida Power will process valid deletion requests subject to applicable legal, security, financial and regulatory retention requirements.
